These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 88fa ("88fa", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://88fa.lat, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any other products or services provided by 88fa (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the 88fa Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms were last revised on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. 88fa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for or use the 88fa Platform. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. 88fa may require you to submit identity documents, including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or equivalent government-issued identification, to verify your age at any point. Accounts belonging to individuals who are, or who are found to have been, under the age of 18 at the time of registration will be closed immediately and any balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the 88fa Platform and participating in betting and gaming activities is lawful in your jurisdiction. 88fa does not represent that the Platform is lawful, appropriate, or available in all locations. By using the Platform you confirm that you are not accessing it from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited. 88fa accepts no liability for any breach of local laws or regulations by users.
To access the full functionality of the 88fa Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address or Pakistani mobile number, and a password. You may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
88fa operates KYC procedures in accordance with applicable standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other stage at 88fa's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. 88fa may use third-party identity verification services to process submitted documents.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88fa login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 88fa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to notify 88fa support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 88fa strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. All transactions and instructions submitted from your account after a valid login are presumed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a breach to 88fa prior to the relevant instruction being processed.
88fa accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via supported payment methods, which may include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Available deposit methods are displayed at the time of deposit. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 88fa reserves the right to process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only. 88fa does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification or further due diligence at 88fa's discretion.
The functional currency of the 88fa Platform is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, winnings, and transaction records are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated for specific game formats or payment instruments.
An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 88fa may apply an inactivity fee as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is deducted. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for an extended period may be closed at 88fa's discretion.
All bets and wagers placed on the 88fa Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are accessible within each product section of the Platform. By placing a bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the applicable game or event rules.
88fa reserves the right to void any bet or wager that is placed in error, in consequence of a technical malfunction, as a result of clearly erroneous odds or payouts, or in circumstances where there is reasonable evidence of manipulation, fraud, or integrity concerns in respect of the relevant event or game. Void bets will be refunded to your account balance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on 88fa and are displayed at the time of placement. 88fa may amend these limits at any time. Bets placed in excess of the applicable maximum stake may be reduced or voided at 88fa's discretion.
88fa may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to users. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the Bonus is offered, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games or markets, and maximum withdrawal limits on Bonus-derived winnings.
Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any Bonus balance or Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Unless the applicable Bonus terms state otherwise, stakes placed on certain game categories — such as live casino, Baccarat, or Roulette — may contribute at a reduced or zero rate towards wagering requirements.
88fa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time without prior notice if misuse, abuse, or breach of these Terms is detected. "Bonus abuse" includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a Bonus multiple times, placing matched or arbitrage bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional structures. Where Bonus abuse is confirmed, 88fa may close the relevant account and forfeit all Bonus and Bonus-derived balances.
You agree that you will not, while using the 88fa Platform:
Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities, and civil or criminal legal action as appropriate.
All content on the 88fa Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, odds data, and game assets, is the property of 88fa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without 88fa's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88fa, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 88fa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
88fa does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. In particular, 88fa accepts no liability for losses arising from: technical failures, server downtime, communication line failures, interruption of betting or gaming services, or errors in odds or game data caused by third-party data providers. Your total claim against 88fa in respect of any matter arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
88fa is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion, all accessible from your account settings. These tools take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the nominated period, regardless of VIP tier or promotional status.
If you believe your gambling has become problematic, you should activate self-exclusion immediately via your account settings and contact 88fa support for further guidance. 88fa staff are trained to signpost users to appropriate support resources. All users on a self-exclusion list will be removed from marketing communications for the duration of their exclusion.
Any user who is self-excluded and attempts to re-register or circumvent their exclusion will have the new account closed and any deposits returned. 88fa takes responsible gaming obligations seriously and treats self-exclusion as binding.
88fa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; or at 88fa's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is considered a risk to the Platform or other users.
On termination for breach or fraud, 88fa may retain all or part of your balance. On termination for other reasons at 88fa's discretion, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus balance) will be returned to you via the payment method on file, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing procedures.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 88fa support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course and the resulting balance disbursed to you.
88fa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 88fa will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88fa is licensed and registered to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through 88fa's support channel shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
Before initiating formal proceedings, users agree to first submit a written complaint to 88fa via the support channel and allow 88fa a period of thirty (30) days to respond and attempt resolution. This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
